1. What's included in the refill package?
The package includes eight (8) nappy bin refill bags, each 10 meters long. Please note: the Tommee Tippee bin and cassette are not included.
2. Are these refill bags compatible with my Tommee Tippee bin?
Yes, these refill bags are compatible with Tommee Tippee Twist & Click Refill, Sangenic Tec, and Simplee Sangenic Nappy Bin refill cassettes.
3. Are these refill bags compatible with Angelcare and Korbell bins?
No, these refill bags are only compatible with all Tommee Tippee bins.
4. How effective are these bags at controlling odors and germs?
Our refill bags are made from seven-layer (7-layer), antibacterial, fragranced (talcum powder scent), eco-friendly plastic that's thicker and more durable than standard diaper waste bags. This ensures maximum odor lock and germ protection.
5. How do I install these refill bags?
To install, keep hold of your refill cassette, open it and insert a Biomedintech refill bag, close it, and then pop it back into your bin. Follow the product photos and instructions provided with the product for detailed guidance.
6. How many nappies can each refill bag hold?
The capacity depends on the size of the nappies:
Newborn: 270–300 nappies
Size 1: 230–270 nappies
Size 2: 190–230 nappies
Size 3: 170–190 nappies
Size 4: 140–170 nappies
Size 5 and 6: 100–140 nappies

Yes, our nappy bin refill bags are 70% biodegradable and compostable, helping to reduce plastic waste.
8. Can these refill bags save me money?
Yes, our refill bags are designed to be more durable, have a large nappy capacity (10 meters long each), and be cost-effective compared to standard diaper refill bags. By refilling your empty Tommee Tippee cassettes, you also reduce your single-use plastic waste.
9. How thick and durable are these refill bags?
Our bags are made from a seven-layer (7-layer), smell-proof material, making them thicker and more durable than standard diaper waste bags. This ensures they are robust enough to handle heavy loads without tearing.
10. Do I need to throw away my old cassettes?
No, you can use these refill bags with your existing Tommee Tippee Nappy Bin cassettes. Simply refill your empty cassettes with our bags and continue using them.
11. What makes these refill bags different from other brands?
Biomedintech refill bags are designed with an eco-friendly approach, being 70% biodegradable and compostable. They are also large capacity, thicker and more durable, providing enhanced odor and germ protection while saving you money. Other brands typically sell shorter refill bags, around 5 meters long.
12. What should I do if the bags don't fit properly?
Make sure you are following the installation instructions correctly. If you still encounter issues, double-check the compatibility with your specific nappy bin model. If problems persist, please contact our customer service for assistance.
13. Can I recycle these bags?
While the bags are 70% biodegradable and compostable, check with your local recycling program for specific guidelines on recycling plastic materials.
14. What other products does Biomedintech offer?

19. How long does delivery take?
Shipping times vary by location:
United Kingdom & Australia: 4–7 business days (with a 1–3 day express shipping option currently available for nappy bin refill bags only)
Europe: 4–7 business days

20. Can I return your products?
Yes, unused and unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, certain products such as the Biomedintech Baby Nasal Aspirator and Silver Nursing Cups are not eligible for return once opened. Please refer to our full return policy for details.
21. Can I cancel or return my order after it has shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or returned while in transit. If a return is still desired, the product must first be delivered to you. Please do not open the package and contact us at that point. Returns can be made by sending the items—unopened and in original condition—to the return address we provide. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
22. Where are your products shipped from?
The shipping location depends on the country where the order is placed. We currently operate from three fulfillment centers located in the United Kingdom, Australia, and China to ensure faster and more efficient delivery.
All our products are manufactured in China by internationally accredited suppliers that meet strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards. This allows us to maintain high-quality production while keeping costs affordable for families. By having multiple warehouse locations, we minimize delivery times and reduce our carbon footprint by shipping locally whenever possible.
